Privacy policy

Last updated: August 2026

The German version of this privacy policy is the legally binding one.

The principle first

This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics tools and loads nothing from third-party servers — not even fonts or maps. That is why there is no consent banner. We process personal data only when you write to us through the contact form, plus the details your browser transmits on every request anyway.

Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is dbvo UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Olaf Zühlsdorff, Oheweg 7, 38539 Müden (Aller), Germany, phone +49 174 1640427, email info@dbvo.de.

Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the site is accessed, the provider automatically processes technical access data such as IP address, time of access, address requested and volume of data transferred. This is technically necessary in order to deliver a website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Contact form

If you write to us through the form, we process your name, your email address, your message and — if you provide it — your phone number.

The sole purpose is to handle your enquiry and reply to it.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Your enquiry is delivered to us as an email. This website keeps no database and does not store your details. We keep the email itself for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it afterwards — at the latest once statutory retention periods allow.

Your details are not passed on to third parties and are not used for advertising.

Spam protection of the form

So that the form is not abused by automated programs, we briefly count how many enquiries arrive from the same internet address. Your IP address is not stored in plain text for this, only as a checksum that cannot be reversed, and the counter expires after one hour. We deliberately do not use an image or click puzzle, because that would send data to a third-party provider. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a working contact channel.

Fonts

The typeface used is delivered from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party provider, and no data is transmitted there.

Encryption

This site is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). What you enter in the contact form cannot be read in transit.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the personal data we hold about you, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on a legitimate interest. To do so, contact the address given above or write to info@dbvo.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
